Responsibilities
• Execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Utilize technology effectively, including POS systems, to manage transactions and track inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Organize promotional displays and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Communicate regularly with store management regarding product performance and customer feedback.
• Manage time effectively to cover multiple locations as required.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in retail sales or merchandising is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Time management skills to ensure timely execution of merchandising tasks.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Education:
• Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
• sales: 5 years (preferred)
• Customer service: 7 years (preferred)

• English (required)
