Qualifications Strong customer service skills Basic computer operating skills like Point of Sale, Microsoft word, excel, outlook etc Ladera Ranch, CA 92694: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Good to have Skills Work experience or knowledge of UPS or Fedex Shipping Copy and print experience Professional print experience will be great advantage Notary public Responsibilities Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures. Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales. Collect payments by cash and credit card and issue receipts and refunds to customers Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance. Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company. May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting. Packages shipments for safe arrival, including choosing right boxes, building custom boxes, use appropriate packaging material and properly cushioning contents Produces/designs, proofs, and updates materials for print projects using Adobe and Microsoft Suites (Training can be provided) Takes ownership of customers’ packing, shipping, and/or print problems and offers viable solutions Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to prioritize and work independently Troubleshoot any issues with postage, mailing equipment, or other store related issues Punctual, highly organized, self-starter, strong work ethic, open to learning additional job duties and office skills Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Salary range for this job is $18-25 per hour and based upon experience and skills level.
