Sales Associate

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while actively engaging with buyers to meet their needs. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience Provide detailed product information, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, including cash management and basic math calculations Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to inform and assist customers effectively Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product displays, and organized merchandising Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty Use CRM systems efficiently for sales processing and record keeping Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Basic math skills. Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or organizing displays Knowledge of financial services or banking experience is a plus but not mandatory Familiarity with sales techniques, loan processing, or retail math will be advantageous A proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers and achieving sales goals Bilingual is preferred but not required This is a position where you will have the ability to make 100k+ a year, we are a family most of our Sales Associates have been with us for more than 2 years, we want driven money hungry individuals to be part of our family, we have plenty growing opportunities for the right people, all promotions are made from within. This is a Commission based position but we offer a base salary (not a draw) .
