You will create memorable shopping experiences by helping customers find the perfect frames to match their style and personality. Style & Sell: Engage with customers, build rapport, and curate personalized product recommendations using your knowledge of trends and frame fits. Achieve Goals: Drive individual and store sales goals by utilizing selling techniques and product expertise. Store Operations: Assist with opening/closing duties, visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and keeping the sales floor pristine. Omni-Channel Experience: Utilize digital tools and in-store technology to order items and assist customers beyond what’s on the shelves. Brand Ambassador: Learn and share product stories, frame technology (polarization, lens materials), and care tips with customers. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred (fashion/retail environment is a plus). Communication Skills: Confident, outgoing, and articulate with a passion for helping people. Style-Minded: Enthusiastic about trends, fashion, and luxury brands. Flexibility: Willingness to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern Point of Sale (POS) systems, tablets, and retail software.
