Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance to help them select products or services that suit their needs Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management software, including handling cash drawers and performing retail math calculations Support retail lending activities by assisting with loan processing and collections, ensuring compliance with company policies Enter data efficiently into financial software systems, maintaining precise records of sales, transactions, and customer information Manage retail store operations such as cashiering, cash handling, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts Promote sales through product knowledge and customer engagement, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to enhance store presentation Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a retail store environment is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for processing transactions, balancing cash drawers, and performing retail math calculations Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience with banking or financial services including loan processing or collections is a plus Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in retail, banking, or financial services while delivering outstanding service.
