Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products Handle cashier duties including scanning items, processing payments, and issuing change with precision Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization on the sales floor Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and timely assistance to customers Skills Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer groups Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits Strong technical sales experience helps in explaining product specifications and troubleshooting basic issues Bilingual skills enhance customer engagement across different language speakers Proficiency in merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Excellent communication skills, active listening, and phone etiquette for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a positive customer experience Basic math skills for accurate transactions and cash handling responsibilities Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our store’s lively environment!
