Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities. Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices to enhance product visibility. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock replenishment, and participating in inventory counts. Promote store promotions and new products through proactive communication and suggestive selling techniques. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting remote customers. Support the team with basic retail math tasks such as calculating discounts, totals, and change accurately. Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies during all activities. Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer service is essential. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus. Demonstrated strong communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for engaging with customers professionally. Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer relationships will set you apart. Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership development within the team. Basic math skills are required for accurate transactions and inventory management.
