Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers with jewelry purchases, custom orders, repairs, and special requests. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Learn and stay informed on jewelry products, gemstones, and industry trends. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and showroom presentation. Support marketing efforts, promotions, and special events. Achieve sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach. Qualifications Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Positive attitude with a self-motivated work ethic. Ability to adapt to changing fashion and jewelry trends. Flexible and dependable with a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
