Sales Associate and Key Holder

Duties Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with shoppers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, especially for technology-related items. Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling complementary products to maximize sales opportunities. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts. Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and highlight key products. Manage store opening and closing procedures as a key holder, including security checks and cash reconciliation. Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product organization, and stock counts to ensure optimal presentation. Uphold excellent communication skills with team members and customers, demonstrating professionalism and phone etiquette at all times. Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Assist in training new team members on sales techniques, POS operation, and customer service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, basic math skills, and cashiering procedures. Experience in merchandising, product demos, upselling, and retail operations is desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively during shifts. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude with strong organizational skills to support store operations as a key holder.
