Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services. Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Manage cash drawer operations, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end. Assist with retail store operations such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and data entry of product information. Support retail lending activities by explaining financial services options and assisting with loan processing or collections when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience for customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments. Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus, especially retail lending or loan collections. Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and performing retail math calculations. Competence in data entry and using financial software for processing transactions or managing records. Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively and explain financial products clearly. Ability to handle cash drawer operations accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures. Experience with retail store operations such as inventory management, cash handling, and processing cash transactions using 10 key typing or similar tools.
