Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities Assist customers with merchandise selection, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract attention and optimize product visibility Handle cashiering duties with professionalism, ensuring quick checkout processes and accurate cash handling Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization to ensure a well-stocked sales floor Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales, with a focus on customer engagement and product knowledge Ability to perform effective product demos that educate and excite customers about features and benefits Strong technical sales experience, especially related to electronics or gadgets, is a plus Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency enhances customer interactions Skilled in merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Exceptional organizational skills for managing inventory, displays, and time efficiently Outstanding customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-ups Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and sales calculations Effective time management to balance multiple customer interactions seamlessly Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
