Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to customers Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and enhance shopping flow Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining professionalism Use strong communication skills to explain technical product details in an understandable way Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization Requirements Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features clearly Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and POS operations Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Basic math skills for cash handling, transactions, and inventory counts Ability to multitask efficiently while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of retail tools such as POS systems, merchandising techniques, and cash registers is a plus A positive attitude with a proactive approach to upselling and exceeding sales goals Join us as a Sales Associate and become part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while growing your career!
