Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling opportunities, and cross-selling techniques Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit payments Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and enhance shopping experience Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage time effectively to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods and assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product rotation Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, especially involving product demos.
