Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities Assist customers with product selection, answering questions clearly and confidently using strong communication skills Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipt issuance Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract attention and promote featured products Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a focus on product demos and technical explanations Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex features simply Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer engagement Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ability to upsell products through effective sales techniques and product knowledge Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions Technical sales experience is a plus for explaining product features confidently Join us as a Sales Associate where your enthusiasm fuels success!
