Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers, making change, and managing sales receipts. Utilize retail math skills to ensure proper cash management and accurate register balancing at shift end. Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections when necessary. Maintain detailed records of sales, data entry tasks, and customer interactions using financial software systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to keep the store inviting and organized. Experience Prior retail store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer service is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and financial data entry. Familiarity with financial services or banking products is a plus; training will be provided for specific loan or lending procedures. Experience with cash handling, cashiering, or cash drawer management enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are vital for engaging customers effectively. Ability to perform data entry accurately using 10 key typing skills and financial software applications. A proactive approach to learning about retail lending, loan collections, and cash management processes will help you thrive in this position.
