Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and attractive Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales by explaining technical features of products when necessary Support team efforts through time management and organizational skills to meet sales goals Requirements Previous retail sales experience is preferred; experience in technology or product demos is a plus Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base are highly desirable Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and educate customers effectively Prior experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous This role provides an engaging environment where your sales expertise can thrive while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.
