Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail environment Manage payroll, budgeting, and purchasing processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities Implement effective sales techniques and promotional campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cash handling procedures Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with strong leadership skills Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting techniques Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills for managerial communication and team training purposes Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and bookkeeping Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is a plus Ability to lead shift management operations efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; familiarity with retail math and operational management essential Join us as a Store Manager and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
