Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the store. Duties Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs and inquiries Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale Promote and sell products to meet individual and store sales targets Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and foster loyalty Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives Requirements Previous retail store experience is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed Reliable, motivated, and eager to contribute to team success This position is a paid opportunity suitable for individuals passionate about retail sales and providing outstanding customer experiences.
