Sales Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash drawer management and processing sales at the register. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are appealing. Support inventory management activities such as stock replenishment and inventory counts. Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Experience Previous retail store experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with sales environments and customer interactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers. Basic cash handling skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
