Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest inventory Manage stock levels through regular stocking, inventory checks, and merchandising adjustments Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in retail or grocery store environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or training new staff Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate product features Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without pressuring customers Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math for accurate inventory management and sales tracking Excellent communication skills combined with friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills necessary for cash transactions and retail calculations Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our team’s success!
