Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team and drive customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and exceptional service. In this role, you will support sales operations by managing inventory, sourcing parts, and assisting customers with their metal requirements. Your mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive and manufacturing sectors will help ensure seamless supply chain management and foster strong supplier relationships. Duties Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials Assisting Sales Reps in quoting customers Return phone calls / messages / emails timely Enter orders into the system and acknowledge customer PO. Cover Sales Reps desk when reps are out of office. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience in administrative support role for at least 2 years. Reliability commute to 67226.
