SIECK FLORAL DISTRIBUTING, INC.Job Description: Sales Support / Warehouse Associate Department: Supply Department Reports To: Supply Department Manager Position Overview Sieck Floral Distributing is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to join our Supply Department as a Sales Support / Warehouse Associate. This is a hands-on, multifaceted position combining customer service, sales support, order processing, inventory assistance, and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable balancing customer-facing responsibilities with physical warehouse work. This position offers an opportunity to learn our products, customers, inventory systems, and sales operations, with the potential to advance into a full-time sales position. Primary Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information and help customers locate merchandise. Process and bill customer orders accurately. Assist sales representatives with customer requests, product availability, and inventory questions. Develop product knowledge and an understanding of customer needs. Help maintain an attractive, clean, and organized showroom and sales floor. Learn inventory requirements and assist with inventory management. Provide dependable support to the sales team to ensure an excellent customer experience. Warehouse & Inventory Duties Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Receive and unload incoming deliveries. Put away merchandise and maintain organized stock locations. Restock shelves and assist with maintaining inventory levels. Assist with inventory counts and identifying stocking needs. Keep warehouse and showroom areas clean, orderly, and presentable. Assist sales personnel with locating merchandise and stocking products as needed. Operate pallet jacks and use ladders safely when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements Excellent people skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude. Strong computer skills and willingness to learn inventory and billing systems. Must be clean, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Dependable, punctual, and reliable. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical duties throughout the workday. Ability to multitask and transition between customer service and warehouse responsibilities. Work Schedule Monday through Friday. 5:30 AM start time, with the workday generally ending at 2:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak holiday seasons. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience.
