Sales and Warehouse Associate

As an appliance sales associate, you provide product knowledge and make sales of home appliances at a retail store . Appliance sales specialist provides exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits and availability; engage with consumers to understand their needs and preferences (e.g., demonstrate and explain merchandise, make suggestions on suitable options for consumers etc.) and completing sales orders. Warehouse associate duties include loading and off loading appliances, unboxing and detailing appliances for the showroom floor and organizing product. Qualifications Strong customer service skills to effectively assist and engage with clients. Proven sales experience, particularly in appliance sales or related fields. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. Familiarity with various appliance brands and features to provide informed recommendations.
