Sales and Inventory Associate

Company: Majestix Collection Ever wondered how luxury watches actually change hands? At Majestix Collection, that's the job. We're a Garden Grove-based company that buys, sells, and trades high-end timepieces for collectors worldwide, and we're looking for someone to help keep those deals moving. You won't need to know a Submariner from a Speedmaster on day one — we'll teach you. We're hiring for the traits we can't train: sharp thinking, tight organization, and real drive. In this role you will keep tabs on the full inventory pipeline — arrivals, departures, and anything that's stalling. What you'll own : - Maintain live data on leads, deals, prices, and market values to keep decisions quick - Scan competitor listings and call out what's worth buying, trading, or leaving alone. - Move watches through intake, authentication, listing, and fulfillment with the team (local and remote). - Back up pricing, negotiation, and sourcing decisions. - Handle buyer and seller conversations with the polish a premium brand deserves. - Chip in on product shots and quick social videos (we'll show you how). What we're looking for - A strong candidate brings time spent in sales, operations, trading, or another quick-moving, decision-driven role, chase leads and keep deals from going cold. - A knack for staying organized across many open threads - Ease with CRMs, spreadsheets, and online marketplaces - A self-starting, independent streak Optional but welcome: photo/video shooting or editing on phone or camera If deal-making excites you and you want to learn a fascinating market from the inside, we'd love to meet you.
