Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will assist the sales team with pricing, ordering, receiving, and inventory management of equipment. Additionally, you will coordinate with our installation team and clients to schedule the setup of new equipment. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team on equipment pricing and orders Manage equipment inventory and track orders from receipt to delivery Work with the install team to schedule installations with clients Assist with special assignments or additional duties as needed Maintain a high level of organization to meet deadlines Qualifications: 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, particularly Excel and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong math skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor both in person and on the phone Why Join Us?
