We help people get out there, explore, and make memories. And our Parts Department plays an important role in keeping those adventures rolling! We're looking for a friendly, organized, detail-oriented RV Parts Advisor to join our team. You'll work alongside our service technicians and advisors, connect with our parts vendors, and help customers find what they need to make the most of their RV experience. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands and your head, and being part of a team that knows how to work hard and have fun, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Be Doing No two days are exactly alike! You'll have the opportunity to: Keep our service team moving by helping technicians and service advisors identify and order the right parts for the job. Put your detective skills to work researching part numbers, checking compatibility, and finding the best options and pricing. Keep things running smoothly by managing inventory, shipping, receiving, stocking, and organizing parts. Share your product knowledge by suggesting accessories and upgrades that make RV ownership even more enjoyable. Get hands-on by safely operating a for parts handling and inventory management. Pitch in with propane refills and required safety checks. Keep learning about new RV products, accessories, and industry trends. What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in an RV dealership, automotive parts department, or similar environment is a plus. You're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy figuring things out. You have basic mechanical knowledge and can navigate parts catalogs. You're a good communicator who enjoys helping customers and coworkers. You're comfortable being active throughout the day, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. You bring a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
