J What You’ll Do As an Inventory Check-In Specialist, you will help receive, inspect, document, and organize incoming RV units and related inventory. You will play an important role in making sure each RV is properly entered into the system and ready for the next step in the sales process. Key responsibilities include: Verify incoming RV information, including VINs, model numbers, and delivery documents Enter inventory information accurately into the dealership system Tag and label inventory for tracking and sales readiness Report any discrepancies, missing information, or damages to management Help keep inventory areas organized and easy to navigate Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts Work with sales, service, and parts teams to support accurate inventory records a Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate enjoys details, follows through on tasks, and takes pride in keeping things organized. Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license required Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous experience in inventory, logistics, dealership operations, RVs, automotive, or warehouse environments is helpful, but not required.
