Rural Carrier Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Rural Carrier Associate to join our team. This role involves delivering mail and packages to rural and suburban areas, ensuring timely and accurate service. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in driving various types of vehicles, and the physical ability to handle heavy loads. This position offers an opportunity to work independently while contributing to community connectivity and service excellence. Duties Deliver mail, packages, and parcels along designated rural routes efficiently and accurately Load and unload delivery vehicles. Driver's license requirements Navigate route driving using GPS or route maps to ensure timely deliveries Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with recipients during deliveries Perform heavy lifting tasks related to moving packages and supplies Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each route Requirements Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus Physical capability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day Must have your own vehicle to deliver mail out of. Ability to work independently in rural settings while adhering to safety protocols and delivery schedules Pay: From $21.89 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid training Work Location: In person
