In this role, you will coordinate trip routing, optimize driver assignments, monitor service activity, and make real-time adjustments to ensure efficient and reliable transportation. As a key communication hub between drivers, customers, and operations teams, you will play an important role in maintaining service performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do as a Routing Coordinator: Coordinate and assign trips based on customer demand, driver availability, route efficiency, and service schedules. Monitor active trips and service coverage, making real-time routing adjustments to maximize efficiency and on-time performance. Communicate route information, trip updates, and operational changes to drivers in a clear and timely manner. Analyze service demand and traffic conditions to help optimize transportation routes and fleet utilization. Respond to driver and customer inquiries, providing professional support and issue resolution. Track and document routing activities, trip information, and service-related communications. Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to improve daily transportation performance. Assist in managing service disruptions and resolving transportation challenges as they arise. Ensure accurate route planning and efficient deployment of transportation resources. What You'll Bring to the Role as a Routing Coordinator: Previous experience in transportation, routing, dispatching, logistics, fleet operations, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to think critically and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with routing software, GPS systems, dispatch platforms, or fleet management tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational efficiency. Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused under pressure. Valid driver's license.
