Routing and Retail Analyst

Position Summary The Routing and Retail Analyst is responsible for optimizing delivery routes, improving retail operational performance, and supporting data-driven decision making across distribution and store operations. This role analyzes logistics data, retail sales performance, and operational workflows to identify efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating complex data. Benefits $20 per hour starting pay Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance (after 60 days) 401k with Company Match (after 1 year) Paid Time off and Holidays Key Responsibilities Retail Performance Analysis Analyze store-level sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trend and improvement opportunities. Support forecasting and demand planning initiatives. Evaluate product performance, shrink and margin metrics. Implement processes that improve retail productivity and profitability. Routing and Logistics Analysis Design, evaluate and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs. Analyze route performance metrics such as delivery time, driver productivity and service levels. Collaborate with operations and transportation teams to implement route adjustments. Monitor capacity planning and distribution coverage. Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in implementing new systems, tools or analytical models. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Data Analytics or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, logistics, retail analytics or related role.
