Route Service Driver - Medical Waste - 3 Years Truck Driving Experience

GoSharps LLC is looking for a driver to join our team! No CDL required, but you must be super reliable, self-motivated, and energetic. (Truck Driving Experience Required) A GoSharps route driver is responsible for picking up containers of regulated waste (boxes, drums, and tubs of various sizes) from medical offices. This is a fast-paced position and amazing customer service is a MUST! This is not a "head-down" driver job. We need friendly, outgoing people to engage with our customers at every stop. Job Description 4-day workweek with most Fridays off Guaranteed 40 hours per week (overtime pay over 40 hours) Daily printing, organizing route paperwork Driving 300-1000 miles per week total in a 20-foot box truck Servicing 20-30 medical offices daily Picking up assorted containers of regulated waste Frequent lifting of 10-40 lb boxes Occasional overnight trips to other markets Job Requirements Must be self-motivated and highly responsible Must have a professional appearance and good hygiene Must enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis Must pass DOT physical Must pass initial & annual drug test Must pass background check Must have a clean driving record Compensation $20-$24 hourly Eligible for a pay increase during the first year & annual raises thereafter Health benefits after 90 days Paid vacation Paid holidays 401k Uniforms, shoes, safety equipment provided Please submit a resume for consideration.
