Route Sales Representative/Driver

Job Description Job Summary Route sales person will operate an existing route, servicing existing customers along with acquiring new business. The function of the position is independent, requires communicating with customers about their needs and providing products and solutions for their businesses. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include loading products on a delivery truck, taking inventory of on-hand product at the customer location, maintaining and adjusting par levels, stocking product and invoicing via tablet the products sold. People who enjoy this position like physical work along with customer interaction. This position is fast paced, action oriented requiring candidates to stay on task. Cleaning of company owned equipment is required. Qualifications and Skills Previous route experience a plus, but not required. Outgoing, personable individuals who are motivated by finding solutions for customers will excel. Successful people in this position like a blend of some physical activity mixed with objective selling.
