THE ROLE - You'll manage an assigned route of commercial accounts — restaurants, offices, healthcare facilities. You're the face of the company: keeping customers stocked and happy, growing sales in your accounts, servicing brewers and equipment, and keeping an eye out for new business oppurtunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage and grow an assigned route of commercial accounts
- Sell coffee, tea, water, filtration, and breakroom products; roll out new products and promos
- Clean and service company-owned brewers and equipment; handle simple installs
- Deliver product, rotate stock, keep displays merchandised
- Handle orders, daily paperwork, and payments
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1–3 years route sales, outside sales, customer service, food service, or beverage distribution (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day
- Self-starter who works independently with strong people skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude a plus
PAY & BENEFITS:
- $45,000–$47,000 base salary + sales bonuses and incentives
