Career growth and business-building potential Key Responsibilities Deliver fresh bread and bakery products to grocery stores and local retail customers along your assigned route Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and reliable delivery Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed Manage inventory and maintain accurate product accountability Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products to increase route revenue Operate your route efficiently while meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer experience at every stop Qualifications Valid Driver's License Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Meet all DOT requirements High School Diploma or GED Previous Route Sales, Delivery Driver, or Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience is a plus Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the day Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Who Succeeds in This Role?
