Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks and vans Deliver products to retail stores and clients along assigned routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication and excellent service. Conduct merchandising activities, including product placement, inventory checks, and promotional displays at customer locations. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities during deliveries. Handle lifting with safe practices, including loading and unloading products while adhering to safe lifting procedures. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for accountability and efficiency. Experience Proven experience in commercial driving, route delivery, or sales within a retail or wholesale environment. Strong knowledge of route driving, merchandising, and customer relationship building. Familiarity with pricing strategies and basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience in automobile transportation or commercial truck driving preferred. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes. Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe lifting practices, and organizational skills necessary for route planning and execution.
