This opportunity is an excellent fit for a motivated, hardworking professional who enjoys working independently, values variety throughout the day, and takes pride in dependable service. This position features a brand-new four-day workweek rotation with early-morning start times, two consecutive days off, and a rotating schedule that includes weekends off. Our Portland-based management team coordinates driver schedules, routes, and process improvements locally, working to build schedules that support both the operation and our team members. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Four-day workweek with a new rotation designed around two consecutive days off and a weekends-off rotation. Local daily routes that depart from and return to the Portland work location each day. Early-morning start times with flexibility generally between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., depending on the route and schedule. Driver-friendly delivery format with most deliveries made at loading docks, very little liftgate work, and no ramps. Competitive compensation structured to reflect the work and shift.
