Responsibilities: Manage and service an assigned sales route, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities Collect payments and outstanding balances from accounts along the route Accurately record transactions, collections, and account activity Merchandise and stock products at customer locations as needed Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate Meet daily and weekly sales and collections targets Requirements: Prior experience in route sales, collections, or a customer-facing role preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Hialeah market Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate financial records Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Physical ability to lift and carry product as needed About Us: J Sanchez Distributors Corp is a trusted distribution company proudly serving the South Florida community from our Hialeah base of operations.
