What You’ll Do As a Route Sales & Service Representative, you are the face of HART Health. You’ll step behind the wheel of a company-provided, fully stocked service vehicle to manage, service, and grow a dedicated territory of medium and large corporate accounts. Own Your Territory: Execute a weekly route plan, visiting existing B2B accounts to inspect, clean, restock, and maintain essential first aid and safety stations. Drive Business Growth: Identify upsell opportunities within current accounts and introduce new workplace safety solutions to key decision-makers. Build Trusting Relationships: Become the go-to safety expert for facility managers, HR directors, and safety coordinators. Maintain High Standards: Ensure customer inventory, equipment (AEDs, eye wash stations), and first aid kits meet OSHA compliance and HART Health quality standards. Work Independently: Manage your day on the road while staying backed by a supportive team and comprehensive training program. What We’re Looking For Required: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales and/or Customer Service. Driver Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record (Required). Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic with the ability to manage your time and route independently. People Person: Great communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners and managers.
