Summary As a Route Sales Representative at Ohio Premium Provisions, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Boar's Head products to our valued customers. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective route management and exceptional service. We operate M-F Responsibilities Deliver products to customers on designated routes while ensuring timely and accurate service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage inventory levels on the truck, ensuring proper stock for each delivery. Upsell additional products during deliveries to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while driving and handling products. Perform heavy lifting as required to load and unload products efficiently. Organize routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in food distribution. Valid driver's license (CDL) not mandatory but preferred with a clean driving record. Strong organizational skills to manage routes and inventory effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with deliveries. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience with upselling techniques is a plus. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
