Route Driver & Merchandiser - Vending, Micromarket (Full Time)

Job Description We are hiring immediately for full-time ROUTE DRIVER positions. Monday-Friday. RDS Vending is a growing company serving customers throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We are currently seeking a dependable Route Delivery Driver & Merchandiser to join our team and manage an established customer route. This position is responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising snacks, beverages, coffee, fresh food, and other breakroom products at customer locations throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding tri-state area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, works well independently, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Previous route delivery or box truck driving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Compensation Annual earning potential of $52,000-$80,000 , including performance-based commissions (Salary and Commission Paid Weekly ) Opportunity to earn an additional $3,500 annual safety bonus Responsibilities Deliver, stock, and merchandise products at customer locations. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stock vending machines, micro markets, coffee stations, and other refreshment areas. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Operate a company 16 ft. box truck safely while following assigned daily routes. Accurately manage inventory using handheld route software. Accountable for delivery, cash collection and product/inventory expiration. Work independently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience driving a 16-foot box truck is preferred At least two years of consistent employment history. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Cantaloupe software experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply. Paid training provided for qualified candidates. Pre-employment physical, DOT physical, and drug screening are required paid by RDS. RDS maintains a drug-free workplace and may conduct random drug screenings. Quarterly Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews are conducted.
