Route Driver / Merchandiser : Casco Bay Food & Beverage, a 100% employee-owned company , is hiring a Route Driver / Merchandiser to service vending machines and micro-markets at workplaces, schools, and healthcare facilities across Maine. This hands-on role combines driving, stocking, merchandising, and customer service. What You’ll Like Reliable schedule: Monday–Friday with early morning starts. Local routes: Company vehicle provided while working—home every night, no CDL required. Rotate products and keep vending machines and micro-markets clean, organized, and well stocked. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Report equipment problems and customer concerns promptly. Follow safety procedures and complete daily route responsibilities. What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Successful completion of a background check and driving record review. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull loaded carts, and move products up and down stairs.
