Route Driver & Front Counter Clerk Monarchy Cleaners – Southlake, TX Full-Time | Starting Pay: $18.00/hour Monarchy Cleaners is a locally owned luxury dry-cleaning business serving Southlake and the surrounding communities. We are growing and looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly Route Driver & Front Counter Clerk to join our team. This position combines our customer pickup and delivery route with front-counter customer service at our Southlake location. Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Wednesday: OFF Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Friday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM On route days, the typical schedule will consist of running our customer pickup and delivery route from approximately 10:00 AM–1:00 PM , followed by working the front counter until 6:30 PM . Saturday is a counter-only shift from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Responsibilities Route Driver Safely operate the company delivery vehicle Pick up and deliver customer dry-cleaning orders throughout our service area Carefully handle and organize customer garments Keep route orders organized and ensure accurate deliveries Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with route customers Return incoming route orders to the store and place them in the appropriate area for processing Front Counter Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Check in customer clothing and accurately enter orders Retrieve completed orders for customer pickup Process customer payments Tag and organize incoming garments Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and organized Assist with light bagging, racking, and organization when the counter is not busy Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable transportation to and from work Comfortable driving a company vehicle and making multiple stops Friendly and professional with customers Detail-oriented and organized Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods and handle garment bags/orders throughout the day Dependable attendance and punctuality are extremely important Dry-cleaning experience is not required . We are happy to train the right person who is reliable, hardworking, organized, and provides excellent customer service.
