We are currently seeking a proactive route representative to oversee the delivery of linen products to local restaurants, colleges, and assisted living facilities on a specific route. Join our team now! Pay Range : Our payment structure is commission-based, but during the training period, you will receive a payment of $20.00 per hour. The duration of training can vary from 2-4 weeks based on your previous experience. Job Responsibilities: Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers using a route delivery vehicle. Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor, including loading and unloading trucks, as well as carrying materials that weigh up to 50 pounds for several hours per day. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with customers and addressing any concerns or issues. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road and at customer locations. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed. Skills for the Job: Valid driver's license Experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred , specifically Sprinters or Step Vans Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, promoting cooperation, collaboration, and flexibility in working with others Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently as a responsible and dependable performer Capable of handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
