Route Driver

Summary: We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Route Driver to service vending machines and micro market locations. This position is responsible for servicing, filling, and cleaning vending machines while providing excellent customer service and maintaining company standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and enjoys working independently while providing excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Service, stock, and clean vending machines and micro market locations according to company standards. Replenish products and maintain appropriate inventory levels at assigned locations. Maintain proper product rotation and follow all food safety and handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of vending machines and micro market locations. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Collect and accurately report inventory, sales, and service information. Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns and service requests. Follow proper food handling procedures. Ensure uniform/dress code and personal appearance are clean and professional Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license and a good driving record Must be Punctual, meticulous and reliable This position is frequently exposed to heavy lifting and physical labor for up to 8 hours a day Qualifications: Previous vending, route delivery, merchandising, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic math and inventory management skills. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for up to 8 hours per day.
