Maumee Valley Group $22.00/hr Starting Wage | Weekly Pay | 40–50 Hours/Week | Flexible Hours | Full-Time Maumee Valley Group is hiring a full-time Route Driver for our Detroit route. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, starting early, and having flexibility within their route schedule. Drivers typically work 10–12 hour days, averaging approximately 50–55 hours per week , with opportunities for additional weekend hours. Weekly pay and overtime provide our drivers with an average take-home pay of approximately $1,300 per week. Schedule Full-Time | Monday–Friday Typically 10–12 hour days Approximately 50–55 hours per week Start time between 2:00 AM–5:00 AM, depending on route Weekend Hours Available Pay Starting Wage: $22.00/hour Weekly pay Overtime after 40 hours Drivers average approximately $1,300 in weekly take-home pay Additional weekend hours available What You'll Do Safely operate company vehicles along an assigned route Deliver, stock, and rotate food and beverage products at customer locations Restock and organize inventory Check and rotate expiration dates to maintain product quality Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on coffee machines Complete basic vehicle inspections and report any issues Maintain accurate route, inventory, and service records Provide professional and courteous customer service Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and carry 30–50 lbs.
