Delivery Associate – Part-Time Seasonal Reliant Logistics | Harrisburg, PA About Reliant Logistics Reliant Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We partner with Amazon to deliver packages safely, efficiently, and reliably to customers. This is a temporary, seasonal position running from October 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027. Employment is scheduled to end on January 15, 2027. Job Details Pay: Starting at $25 per hour Employment Type: Part-time, seasonal Schedule: 3 days per week Shift Length: Approximately 10 hours per shift Start Time: 10:30 AM Peak Season Flexibility: Opportunities to work additional days during busy periods, including Black Friday and the holiday season Payday: Every Wednesday through direct deposit; the first paycheck is issued on a 10-day delay Work Location: Amazon Delivery Station DPL2, 7125 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111 All delivery associates must report to the designated station at the start of each workday. Responsibilities As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering Amazon packages safely and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include: Safely operating a company-provided delivery vehicle. Following GPS and turn-by-turn navigation to complete assigned delivery routes. Loading, carrying, and delivering packages throughout the workday. Completing approximately 150–200 or more delivery stops per day, depending on route assignments. Handling packages weighing up to 70 pounds. Using a handheld delivery device to manage deliveries and update delivery statuses. Communicating professionally with customers and Amazon station personnel. Following all company, traffic, and delivery safety procedures. Maintaining a dependable attendance record and completing assigned routes on time. Qualifications and Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements: Be at least 21 years old. Have a valid driver's license. A commercial driver's license (CDL) is not required. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Maintain a safe driving record without excessive speeding violations or cellphone-related driving violations. Successfully pass the required drug screening. Have reliable transportation to the delivery station in Harrisburg, PA, with a commute of approximately 45 minutes or less. Provide the required documentation for employment eligibility verification (Form I-9). Have a working mobile phone. Be able to safely lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds. Be comfortable with an active, physically demanding job that involves extended periods of driving, walking, and getting in and out of a delivery vehicle. Be able to follow instructions, use navigation technology, and work independently. Previous delivery experience with Amazon, Amazon Flex, FedEx, UPS, or similar companies is preferred but not required. Compensation and Benefits Starting pay of $25 per hour. Company-provided delivery vehicle, uniform, and handheld delivery device. Paid training. Eligibility for paid time off (PTO), subject to applicable company policies. Please note: This is a temporary, part-time seasonal position. Seasonal part-time employees are eligible for PTO only and are not eligible for the other employee benefits offered to qualifying full-time employees.
