HERSHEY CREAMERY COMPANY FULL TIME Route Delivery Driver (LARGE Class B CDL TRUCK) Position HERSHEY CREAMERY is a 125-year-old manufacturer of premium quality Ice Cream with operations in 22 states serving more than 28,000 customers. Known for its quality products and superior customer service, Hershey’s Ice Cream is currently looking for a ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVER (LARGE CDL B TRUCK) for our distribution center in the COLUMBIA, SC area. · Consistent Schedule – Daily routes Tuesday-Friday – must be able to work 10-14 hour routes (Some weekends may be required) First year income = $50,000 - $55,000 100% Company-Paid healthcare and life insurance – Includes Dental and Vision Insurance plans PAID Training Period $20 per hour plus OT while training Paid Bonuses and Contests – earn cash bonuses, trips, and PTO through quarterly Safety and Performance Contests Company provided Uniform Program Generous Year-End Christmas Bonus – 2021 average bonus ~ $1,400 !! 401K with company match Paid Holiday and PTO program · No Experience Necessary , but previous food service delivery experience preferred · Unload, stock, and rotate products at retail customers Drop off and verify deliveries at corporate/foodservice customers Collect and Deposit client payments Complete Driver Safety Training – Drive and Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum age: 21 years of age Valid Commercial driver’s License and good driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Willingness to work daily routes, including 10-12 hour days Positive attitude and good customer service are REQUIRED CDL B OR HIGHER IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION Qualified individuals must be hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and have a desire to be successful.
