This is more than a delivery job. You’ll become a trusted face for your customers, manage your own weekly route, and play an important role in keeping local dairy operations supplied and running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Delivering dairy chemicals, farm supplies, and other products to local dairies. Maintaining a consistent weekly delivery schedule. Building strong relationships with dairy owners, operators, and farm employees. Managing truck inventory and product transfers. Maintaining accurate invoices, records, and delivery documentation daily. Managing your time efficiently to ensure reliable deliveries. Performing routine truck maintenance. Maintaining a clean, professional appearance. Taking ownership of your route, customers, inventory, and daily responsibilities. What We’re Looking For You’ll be successful in this position if you are dependable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently . Required Qualifications CDL Class A or B Ability to maintain a HAZMAT endorsement Clean driving record Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Ability to move 275-gallon containers, 55-gallon drums, and other bulky items Strong communication and customer service skills Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain accurate records Ability to consistently maintain a scheduled delivery route Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule and perform required tasks Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $56,000–$66,500 DOE + Bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Home Every Night Paid Time Off 80 hours vacation after 1 year 120 hours after 5 years 160 hours after 13 years 200 hours after 19 years 6 days of sick time 10 paid holidays per year DeLaval Provides Company phone Required PPE Company apparel Footwear reimbursement program Medical, dental & vision insurance Insurance eligibility beginning the first day of the month following employment 401(k) — DeLaval contributes 50% of your contribution, up to a maximum of 12% Ready for a Route You Can Own?
