Route Delivery Driver -3RD SHIFT

The Delivery Driver is responsible for loading and unloading delivery vehicles and ensuring accurate delivery of goods. The driver will drive safely and comply with all traffic laws in the assigned area. Core Duties: Independent Route Driver delivering to individual businesses daily. Counting, Separating, and Checking correct products on truck for customers order. Load delivery vehicle with appropriate items for day's route Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations. Check in and out of delivery vehicle Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery Make sure each delivery has all products listed. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum 1 year delivery driving experience, preferred Valid PA Driver’s License with clean driving record. Clean Background Check is required. DMV Medical Card is preferred but required. Physical Requirements (Route Delivery Driver – Duration-Based) Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages and product up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift , including loading and unloading at each stop Ability to push and pull loaded hand trucks or dollies frequently throughout the shift Ability to enter and exit the delivery vehicle repeatedly (20–50+ times per shift) Ability to climb in and out of a truck cab and cargo area multiple times per hour Ability to sit and operate a delivery vehicle for extended periods (2–4 hours at a time; up to 6–8 hours total driving per shift) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during deliveries (up to 6–8 hours per shift) Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach frequently while loading, unloading, and making deliveries Ability to maintain balance and stability while handling products on stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms continuously throughout the shift (grasping, scanning, sorting, securing loads) Work Environment & Conditions Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow throughout the shift Exposure to vehicle vibration and motion for extended driving periods Ability to work in customer locations such as offices, warehouses, and retail environments with varying conditions Ability to meet a fast-paced delivery schedule and adapt to route changes as needed Monday - Friday Philadelphia/New Jersey Area Route 3:00AM to be Determined No Weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
