ROUTE COORDINATOR / DISPATCHER

What you’ll do ▸Plan efficient daily routes around pickup times and delivery windows ▸Dispatch and support contract drivers throughout the day ▸Field STAT and will-call requests and slot them into coverage ▸Track deliveries and resolve exceptions before they become complaints ▸Keep pharmacy and facility contacts informed What we’re looking for ▸1+ year in dispatch, logistics coordination, or pharmacy operations ▸Calm and organized under time pressure ▸Comfortable with routing / dispatch software and spreadsheets ▸Clear phone and written communication Pay $42,000–$50,000 per year, depending on experience.
